Product description
American Standard forged steel flange check valve disc and seat sealing surface are made of cobalt-based carbide plasma spray welding, high hardness, erosion resistance and durability. It is suitable for cutting off or connecting the medium on the pipeline of petroleum, chemical, hydroelectric, thermal power station and other working conditions with a working temperature of 600 °C. Applicable media are: water, oil, steam, gas, some corrosive liquids, etc.
Features
1. The guide sleeve of the upper cavity of the tunomide valve body is made of stainless steel material to ensure the flexible action of the valve disc.
2. The sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat is made of cobalt-based hard alloy plasma spray welding with high hardness, erosion resistance and durability.
3. Pressure seal design and high-purity graphite gasket ring to ensure high air tightness.
4. The middle cavity of the valve adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure, and the higher the inner cavity pressure, the better the sealing performance.
5. The valve disc rotates around the pin shaft outside the valve seat to reduce the violent impact when closing.
