Products are widely used in ash, sludge, coal slurry, mineral slurry, sewage and other solid, liquid-solid, gas-solid two-phase medium transportation system, especially suitable for thermal power plant stone coal system. It can adopt manual, pneumatic, electric, electro-hydraulic linkage and other driving methods. The pneumatic ceramic knife gate valve gate plate and valve seat sealing surface material are made of structural ceramics, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and the parts of the sealing surface that are hard sealed and in contact with the medium are structural ceramic materials, and their chemical stability and hardness are extremely high. Therefore, this valve has extremely high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and good thermal insulation and small thermal expansion. Pneumatic ceramic knife gate valve material mouth full circulation without obstruction, strong wear resistance, good sealing performance, small starting load jam ash and less ash phenomenon.
