Pneumatic ceramic double gate valve, also known as pneumatic ceramic parallel double gate valve or dry ash valve, is a type of ceramic gate valve. Therefore, its structure and working principle are consistent with ceramic gate valves. Its opening and closing body (valve plate) is driven by the valve stem to lift the sealing surface of the valve seat, which can connect or cut off the passage of fluid. When the valve is partially opened, eddy currents are generated on the back of the gate, which can easily cause erosion and vibration of the gate, damage the sealing surface of the valve seat, and make repair difficult. It is usually suitable for working conditions that do not require frequent opening and closing, and maintain the gate fully open or fully closed. By setting the ceramic track strip on the inner side of the valve cover and the boost spring inside the three-way valve core, the left and right gate plates can effectively move tightly against the ceramic track strip without any leakage, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the valve body.
